DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Cost Estimation: Prepare and calculate cost estimates for interior projects (materials, labor, etc.).
  • Budget Control: Monitor and track project budgets, ensuring costs stay within limits.
  • Supplier & Contractor Negotiation: Select and negotiate with suppliers and contractors for the best rates.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with design and construction teams to align on project goals.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying for interior design or construction projects.
  • Professional certification is a plus but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in using quantity surveying software (e.g., Excel, or similar).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
