DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

PT AIKO NEGARA DAHA seeking an experienced and compliance-focused Head of P3MI Office to lead our operational branch and oversee the recruitment, documentation, & international placement process of Indonesian workers (CPMI) to Japan.

The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure strict regulatory compliance with Indonesian manpower authorities (Kemenaker/BP2MI), & maintain strong operational relationships with partner Japanese Accepting Organizations (TSK/AO) and Training Centers (LPK).

  • Oversee and optimize daily operational activities in accordance with the organization's objectives and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with all teacher about the student progress and education.
  • Lead and supervise administrative, and control teams solid.
  • Ensure candidate documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable requirements TSK.
  • Coordinate candidate preparation to meet Japanese language proficiency and occupational skill requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with Japanese accepting organizations, employers, affiliated training centers, and relevant government authorities.
  • Monitor candidate progress throughout the selection, training, and pre-departure preparation stages, within the organization's scope of responsibility.
  • Develop operational plans, monitor performance targets, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure operational activities comply with applicable regulations and maintain the quality of training services and candidate support.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Minimum Diploma (D3)/bachelor's degree (S1)/ Master Degree (S2), preferably in Japanese Literature, Japanese Language Education, Management, / a related field.
  • Understanding of the internship system through the Organization for Technical Intern Training.
  • Understanding of the SSW program under the Immigration Services Agency of Japan.
  • Understanding of labor placement regulations in accordance with the provisions of the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Agency.
  • Minimum Japanese language proficiency level N3 or N2.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in a licensed P3MI (Indonesian Overseas Employment Agency) or placement company handling Japan routes (Ginou Jisshusei / Tokutei Ginou / SSW).
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian overseas placement law (UU No. 18 Tahun 2017), SISKOP2MI systems, & Japanese visa/COE procedures.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, crisis management, cross-cultural communication, & decision-making skills.
