DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • As our Astronaut, your missions are:
  • Execute and manage end-to-end vendor registration processes, ensuring all required legal and administrative documents are completed on time.
  • Handle new SKU registration processes accurately in internal systems and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain vendor scoring data and provide comparative vendor analysis to support strategic commercial decisions.
  • Monitor and uphold SLA targets for onboarding completion, tracking the timeline from document submission to full vendor activation.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between internal commercial teams and prospective or existing vendors.
  • Manage manual data input and update commercial reporting databases regularly using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the Astro Farm commercial unit.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's degree from any major or discipline.
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong interest in commercial administration or supply chain operations.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, vendor operations, or commercial support from any industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs).
  • Strong data accuracy, attention to detail, and administrative organization skills.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate meeting schedules and follow up on vendor documentation.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage time effectively to meet SLA completion targets.
