HR Generalist

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes based on the organization's qualifications and staffing needs to support smooth business operations.
  • Manage employee relations and HR administration, including employment contracts, employee data, and related documentation.
  • Support employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Support general affairs and day-to-day office operations.
  • Support training and development activities as needed.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks based on business needs.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR; Open for Fresh Graduate.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
