Inventory Operations Internship

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The intern owns inventory health for Astro Kitchen (AK) and Private Label stock at hubs. Fau keeps PL ordering and Rizky keeps kitchen ordering; this role makes sure the stock behind those orders is accurate and usable.

Availability: find and fix hub stock problems early (biggest SKUs, problem hubs, wrong storage locations) to prevent OOS.

Wastage and loss: reduce near-expiry stock, bad stock and write-off through early action and FEFO.

Process completion: make sure stock orders (SO) and purchase orders (PO) are completed, so stock in transit does not get stuck.

Continuous improvement: simplify inventory work, automation etc. (nilai plus)

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Must have

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Management or a related field
  • Good with Google Sheets / Excel (Vlookup/Xlookup, pivot tables, filters) and comfortable with large stock data
  • Detail-oriented and careful with numbers
  • Able to follow up with many people (hub teams, kitchen, Accounting) until issues are closed
  • Able to run daily checks and meet deadlines on their own
  • Good Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
  • Basic understanding of inventory concepts (Fefo, expiry date, stock opname, So/Po)
  • Basic SQL, Superset, Metabase or Looker Studio
  • Basic Python or Google Apps Script, to automate repeated checks
  • Experience in retail, quick commerce, F&B, kitchen or warehouse operations
