DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
. Key Responsibilities
Maintain employee records, personnel files, employment contracts, and HR databases.
handle petty cash and other activities to support finance in HO
Support attendance, leave, overtime, payroll inputs.
Manage office facilities, company assets, inventory, stationery, and maintenance records.
Coordinate vendors, purchase requests, invoices, travel arrangements, and other general affairs activities.
Monitor document validity, contract expiration dates, and administrative deadlines.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management
KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM
Qualifications
Bachlor Degree in Accounts
Minimum 4 years of experience in the same field
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Familiar with HR administration, BPJS, payroll inputs, and general affairs
Familiar with finance administratio
Good communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
