Legal Division Head

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Develop and recommend Legal Division strategies, policies, procedures, and work plans to the President Director.
  • Lead, monitor, and improve Legal Division operations to ensure compliance with company objectives, applicable regulations, and SOPs.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of General Meetings of Shareholders (GMS), Board of Directors meetings, and Board of Commissioners meetings in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Evaluate and report the Legal Division’s annual performance and achievements to the Board of Directors.
  • Oversee the preparation, management, and safekeeping of corporate legal documents, including Powers of Attorney (POA), Board of Directors Resolutions, and Board of Commissioners Resolutions.
  • Manage corporate legal matters, excluding debtor-related litigation, and monitor fiduciary registration and corporate licensing across head office, branch, and area offices.
  • Review the legality and compliance of third-party agreements and documentation related to facilities, infrastructure, and supporting services.
  • Manage relationships with legal consultants and third-party service providers, including evaluating their performance in handling corporate legal matters nationwide.
  • Coordinate Fit and Proper Test applications and processes for prospective members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in accordance with OJK and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Review and manage cooperation agreements with third parties and oversee cross-divisional projects involving the Legal Division.
  • Coordinate with ORIX Corporation on corporate and operational legal matters.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, including at least 5 years in the multifinance industry.
  • Holds a Certificate of Expertise in the Financing Sector and an Advocate Professional Special Education (PKPA) certificate.
  • Has completed Contract Management training.
  • Strong knowledge of financing regulations, corporate law, guarantee law, and corporate legal case management.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, people management, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
