Remote Chat & Sales Agent – $3/h + 3% Commission

We are looking for a motivated Chat & Sales Agent to join our remote team and manage direct messages for online creators.

Your main responsibility is to communicate with subscribers, build strong relationships, keep conversations engaging, and generate sales through chat.

Your Tasks

Manage and respond to subscriber messages

Build long-term relationships with subscribers

Sell digital content through conversations

Follow our communication and sales guidelines

Maintain fast response times and high-quality conversations

Work closely with our team and implement feedback

Compensation

$3 USD per hour

+ 3% commission on the revenue you generate

Performance-based earning potential

Requirements

Very good written English

Strong communication and sales skills

Reliable PC or laptop and stable internet connection

Comfortable working with adult-oriented creators and content

Able to work independently and follow clear guidelines

Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

Previous experience in chat-based sales or creator management is a plus

This position involves managing conversations for 18+ content creators, so applicants must be comfortable working in the adult-content industry.
