DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Develop creative ideas and concepts for marketing content and campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Create, shoot, and edit engaging content for social media and other digital marketing platforms, including videos, reels, photos, and promotional materials.
  • Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns in line with the company’s marketing objectives and brand identity.
  • Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content publication.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify new content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts, promotional activities, and creative strategies.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines, communication style, and marketing goals.
  • Evaluate content and campaign performance using engagement metrics and other relevant data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the production of marketing materials for company activities, events, product promotions, and other business needs.
  • Continuously explore new creative approaches to improve content quality, audience reach, and marketing effectiveness.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
  • Have experience in content creation, video editing, and digital marketing; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
  • Able to create engaging social media content, including short-form videos, reels, graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Have a good understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Able to work collaboratively with the team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Willing to participate in content production, including photo and video shoots, as needed.
  • Having a portfolio of previous content, videos, or campaigns is highly preferred.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang.
