HR Talent Acquisition Intern

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Assist in recruitment process using various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, E-mail, Kalibrr).

• Support in CV screening, initial interview, and scheduling interview

• Update and maintain administration tasks and performance evaluation form

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Final-year college student without classes or just a thesis, majoring in Psychology or relevant field

• Proficient in using Google Workspace (Google drive, Google Calendar, etc), Ms. Word & Zoom App

• Interested and passionate about recruitment or talent acquisition

• Able to work on-site (Mon-Fri; 8am - 5pm) at the Tribun Network Head Office in Palmerah, Central Jakarta

• Available for a paid internship period of 3-6 months
